  1. IT IS POSSIBLE TO ENJOY LIFE, I HAD SEVERAL PANICK ATTACKS BUT I REDUCED THE STRESS IN MY DAILY ROUTINE AND DISAPEARED, ENCOURAGE YOURSSELF AND TRY TO FIND A SOLUTION TO THIS

  2. The richness of this content is a guiding force. A book I read with related material provided a transformative experience. "Mindful Mastery: Living Intentionally in a Chaotic World" by Kyle Ash

  3. I personally find CBT combined with medication has been the most helpful. Feel like the medication really helps out with the physical and the CBT helps with rewiring the mind/spirit to engage in positive practices and recognize triggers.

  4. Easier said than done especially when the person you love is going through it ! Finding a good therapist is monumental ! It’s also incredibly expensive! What if the person needs CBT and they can’t afford it ?

  5. That's why I keep talking about that either taveling abroad or traveling domestic area will be great for all of social victims to cure their mental health.💜🙏

  6. Too much alone time and being away from people for a long time can mess up their mental health. Hope CBT and other types of behavior therapy can help change their thinking and behavior.

  7. As someone who loves the study of pharmacology, I am all too aware that there are only one family of medicines which are extremely effective in relieving all your symptoms of anxiety within the first 30 mins of the first dose, (the Benzodiazepines)
but of course, they are unfeasible due to the development of tolerance and addiction. Shame because they even have a safety profile which is attractive. They replaced the Barbiturates in 1950s, which were equally as effective, but which did have a narrow therapeutic index. The minimum effective dose was close to the minimum lethal dose.

  8. My advise is defo be cautious about religions like Christianity preying on you while you're at your most vulnerable, they love to do that but they don't do it out of malice, but a mistaken belief they are doing good, or God's will.
