  1. Having CFS has unfortunately made sleep less restorative than it should be. Definitely doesnt help after decades of being a difficult/restless sleeper.

  2. I wish I could sleep more 😭 I know it's probably contributing to major body and brain problems, but I can never seem to sleep more than 6 hrs a night unless I'm sick

  3. What if you do prioritize it but have insomnia?
    My daughter is 16 & the insomnia is so horrible for her 😔 ADHD & ASD 1
    Long COVID insomnia is the worst I’ve ever had.
