  1. Nothing that is happening to John Fetterman right now is a surprise and unexpected. Fettetman suffered a stroke during his campaign for the Senate. It was clear during his campaign that he was not well and needed prolonged recovery time. Continuing to run in this high stress campaign was absolutely the worst thing for him to do and as we now plainly see it has only caused additional health problems while preventing him from effectively representing the People of Pennsylvania in the Senate as they deserve. All this was predicted by many different observers during the campaign.
What is appalling is how the Democratic Party pushed Fetterman to continue his campaign when he clearly needed to concentrate on his recovery and continues to use and manipulate this sick man to insure they maintain control of the US Senate. The New York Times points out that Fetterman never was allowed to take the usual period of convalescence that would be the norm after a stroke. People close to him fear that he may suffer long-term and possibly permanent repercussions. His schedule as a freshman senator has meant that he is required to push himself in ways that are detrimental both to himself and to the People of Pennsylvania that he is supposed to represent.

  2. Kudos to Senator Fetterman he had the balls to admit there was something wrong, “GET WELL, BE WELL, BE SAFE SENATOR” SEMPER FI DO OR DIE OLD SCHOOL HOORAH NAM 69/70! 💀DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR💀

  3. In my 30 years as a RN, I learned that most people who have had a severe stroke do have some degree of depression afterwards. But the only ones who were ever hospitalized for that specific reason were the ones who had plan and means for suicide and were in immediate danger. This is a small subset of patients and they were not hospitalized for weeks for depression alone. Depressed patients are stabilized and then treated outpatient. I question whether this reported 'dizzy spell' Senator Fetterman had was another stroke. And is he really in Walter Reed now for stroke rehab? This whole thing fails the sniff test in my book. Senator Fetterman and his people failed to report the first stroke to the voters until after the election. That's lying by omission in my book. I don't have any difficulty with the notion that he now has had another stroke which he is omitting to report. It may be that his communication skills have really further deteriorated, possibly along with other stroke related problems. The sad thing is that when a succession of strokes occurs, it often is the lead up to the patient's death. IMO this man should never have been elected and would not have been if he had been forthcoming. I wish him well and hope he has a good outcome. But he does not belong in the US Senate.

  4. Oh come on! This is such blatant BS! That statement is so full of loopholes you can dump the national debt into it without touching the sides. Checked himself in my a$$, most likely had another stroke but now is being kept on life support, that's "receiving the care he needs."

  5. How is it only 8’percent of Americans suffering with depression? I’m Not exaggerating when I say- about half the people I know are prescribed anti depressants. 8 percent seems like such a low number.

  6. Democrats have forever lost the right to say they are pro healthcare and medicine. They sacrifice three years of America’s freedom and put their trust in a corporatist hack in Dr. Fauci. Now they chose someone who is currently brain dead and at the time of the debates could literally not debate over a real doctor.

  7. I wish John well and hope he has a full recovery. BUT… HE IS CLEARLY NOT CAPABLE OF REPRESENTING THE PEOPLE OF PENNSYLVANIA. THE PSYCHIATRIST DETERMINED THAT HE MUST REMAIN IN A LOCKED FACILITY FOR HIS OWN GOOD. HE CAN'T MAKE DECISIONS FOR HIMSELF LET ALONE ALL OF HIS CONSTITUENTS.
OH WAIT… SUDDENLY HE'S WRITING BILLS FROM HIS PSYCH WARD! THIS ISN'T UNUSUAL!! WELCOME TO PENNSYLVANIA'S TIME ZONE!
