  1. I noticed a few years ago that eating probiotic yogurt raised my mood, but couldn't find any research that explained why. Now I'm noticing the anti-depressant and anti-anxiety effects of other foods, such as watermelon, which just plain makes me happy, and peanutbutter, which calms my craving for sweets.

  2. A carnivore diet cured my anxiety and depression (among other improvements). I've been eating nothing but red meat and water for the past five years.

  3. Do not get rid of red meat. Get rid of sugar, breads, pastas, alcohol, and all processed and packaged foods, including meats. Eat salad and cruciferous vegetables and organ meats. Yes, you can eat cheese. You’ll feel so much better, I promise.

  4. Half the people say eliminate red meat and the other half says go keto. I don't think anyone really knows what the heck is going on.

  5. Psilocybin saved my life. I was addicted to heroin for 15 years and after Psilocybin treatment I will be 3 years clean in September. I have zero cravings.
    This is something that truly needs to be more broadly used in addiction treatment.

  6. Why don’t you guys ECER tell people to START SLOW with probiotics??? Hmmmm???
    It’s wildly irresponsible of healthcare professionals to NOT tell people this. If you’ve never had them and toss a bunch into your diet every day you get all messed up. Quite literally.

  8. Anyone who tells you to eliminate red meat from the diet is nuts. Why would eliminate a healthy food that causes no inflammation response from the immune system
