Lots of countries will literally just lock up manic or psychotic patients. Theres such stigma
I was thinking about Saudi arabia waisting millions maybe billions on a new very long building, yet how many of their residence live in poverty like in Venezuela. And its just examples like these, where governments instead of looking after its nation and people waist millions in other things. We see that in the u.s as well.
