  1. Take it upon yourself to research. That's what I'm doing. I found out that the gut microbiome, the environment of the colon, is the major driver of the body's health or illness. Any imbalance equals diseases of all kinds, including mental illness. I've been watching youtube videos on this subject. There's alot of new information but we have to learn it on our own. Doctors don't talk about it. Just put "gut microbiome" in the youtube search engine and get watching. So much to learn. Fermented foods are very important. We make our own sauerkraut now, organic sauerkraut.
