How Psychiatric Fraud Drives Forced Hospitalizations

Thank you for this. I live in the UK and was a victim of this fraud between the years of 2008 and 2015. Psychiatry is a power abuse and human rights abuse that I say should be abolished.

Sounds like the psychiatric industry has taken it's cue from the private prison industry–its basically the same goal: get ahold of living bodies and house them in your facility for profit.

I was in the Marines 1967-70, Sgt Honorable Discharge, Vietnam Veteran, 1st MAW DaNang Vietnam 1969. In 2000, I was bullied and drugged by the Group Thinkers, they are after jobs and property. I lost my job of 25 years, I was at the Philadelphia V.A. they asked me to see someone. I really did not have to see anyone. At the Doylestown Pa Hospital, with my brother, who is ‘mentally disturbed deceitful’, does things on purpose, has some kind of childhood regression, he filled out a Section 302 form with false statements, there was no social worker or legal representation at the Mental Health Facility to represent you, if there were, I would have never signed the Section 302 form. How can they just fill-out a form and do a Section 302 on a person, how could they get away with such a thing. I am now 75 and retired. Time is 20/20, I know my bother and his wife are collaborating with neighbors, they tried to force me from my job and property. I have always been around honest people, I worked for a corporation for 25 years, if you have something to say, you must back it up with something… I have to take the position that there was no legal representation at the Doylestown Hospital Mental Health Facility and that a Section 302 Form with false statements is illegal and it should have been prevented right there and then and nothing should have been done or signed. The Public defender or the Judge did not question the truthfulness of my brother’s statements. The Doylestown Hospital Lawyer, will tell you, there was no social worker or legal representation at the Mental Health Facility to represent you 25 years ago. What do they do now. I would like to have a Pennsylvania Section 302-303 removed from my records that is from 4/17/2001. So now, I have to get a Lawyer, go to the Court of Common Pleas. I kind-of-think, that my bother, his wife, the neighbors, the community, and some people where I worked are-up-to-something for property, jobs and money. Pennsylvania statutory law, however, permits individuals who have been subjected to an involuntary commitment under Section 302 of the Mental Health Procedures Act (MHPA) to file a petition to expunge that commitment. If the individual can prove there was insufficient evidence to support the 302, the Court will expunge it — thus restoring the individual's right to keep and bear arms. That statute, however, does not provide a mechanism for individuals to expunge an involuntary commitment under Section 303 of the MHPA. So, attorneys, including those at Scaringi Law, have been citing other law in challenges against 303 commitments including "due process" challenges. Many courts have refused to permit such challenges of 303 commitments, thus styming the efforts of individuals subjected to prior 303s from having their rights restored. However, in a new case called In re J.M.Y., 179 A.3d 1140 (2018), the Pennsylvania Superior Court sitting en banc has ruled a person who has been subjected to an invalid commitment under Section 303 has the right to request a court expunge that commitment – even if that person never filed an appeal of the commitment. This is an important advancement in the rights of Pennsylvanians – namely those who would like to exercise their 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms but are prevented from doing so because of a prior 303 commitment. Now they can try to have that prior 303 expunged, which barring any other disqualifications and provided they also have their 302 expunged under current statutory law, will restore their 2nd Amendment rights. The Pa Superior Court in In re J.M.Y. went against the position of the Pennsylvania State Police and a prior panel of its own court that maintained there is no right to bring a “collateral” challenge to a prior 303 commitment and that the only way to challenge it is on appeal. Because the decision in In re J.M.Y. is an en banc decision it is binding on any subsequent panel of that court. This ruling is particularly helpful to individuals who have been subjected to a 303 commitment, but who did not appeal that decision within 30-days. Now individuals can challenge that 303-commitment years later, after the time to file an appeal has long since passed and directly at the Court of Common Pleas. Although the court in J.M.Y. was examining a 303 commitment when it determined anyone who has been subject to an invalid 303 commitment has the right to have that commitment expunged, this holding should be applied to commitments under 304 and 305 as well. Any person who has a prior 302, 303, 304 or 305 mental health commitment and wishes to have that commitment expunged and thus have the right to one’s reputation and one’s right to keep and bear arms restored should contact Scaringi Law right away.

Punitive psychiatry – some sources say it originated in the communist block. The pills did not work for me. Horrible side effects. It did stop people that abused me since I can remember to abuse me. They did get away with their abuse.

Kidnapped in an ER trying to get cancer treatment, he didn’t say a word, nothing like (I wanna hurt myself, or anyone else) or anything like that, looked in the courts for a petition for involuntary commitment and nothing…. Then when he was held against his will for 2 weeks to bill Medicaid over 200K for his stay…. And poisoned him with Risperdal and Haldol while his liver was reeling from toxicity and damage from 8.5 years of chemotherapy every day for leukemia. Damaged him further now he’s dealing with an unknown inflammation and fibrosis in his lungs and heart from the fibroblast production (excessive) that’s from the inflammation from the autoimmune response from risperdal…. On top of the liver trying to heal from prolonged use of Gleevec, causing the damage. Fibroblasts lead to the fibrosis. He’s also now dealing with dementia, Alzheimer’s/Parkinson's, transverse myelitis, polychondritis, and ankylosing spondylitis…. Just to name 6 off the top. He’s also potentially going to need surgery on both hips, knees, and shoulders…. And his spine in 3 places. Or he’ll need joint replacements on all of those joints if surgery and stem cells are not an option. There’s so much more to say about this, incredibly gifted and talented man too…. I hope he can be saved because he’s truly one of a kind. At any rate, maybe shouldn’t be saying this out loud, but the Feds opened an investigation into the scumbags who did this to him. He’s just outside Chicago, find him and help him get his story out and raise $ for stem cells, it’s his only shot.

Can’t make too much noise about this to give the Feds the best chance at doing their job. So keep that in mind also. Keep Kris alive and he can make sure those who did this are made example of, he’s a hybrid ortho/lawyer unicorn…who has an innate savant talent for biology. This happened to me in Oklahoma. I was quickly locked away and given over 10 prescriptions. Somehow when I was finally discharged I automatically had Sooner care to pay all my bills. I've never qualified for Sooner care. My husband's salary is way too much to qualify for these services.

Psychiatrists deliberately lie to people and tell them they have a "BRAIN DYSFUNCTION". Then cause it with their drugs and profit off it.

This entire field needs to be abolished. It's pure pseudoscience and it is completely akin to the ancient theory of the four humours and the practice of blood-letting. It completely misses the the true, underlying nature of conscience and mind and then performs practices that only makes things worse, based on stupis assumptions.

Psychiatrists are criminals no doubt about it. The commitment laws were made to fraud patients insurers. Psychiatrists also bill patients insurers in their private practice. They convince people with life's problems they are sick drug them turn them into a mentally ill psychiatric patients then profit off them

Thanks. I made a dramatic escape 2 years ago and quit my health insurance and moved across the country at the age of 49. Im not a popstar but my abusive parents were successfully able to utilize the mental health industry to abuse me in a similar way as Britney spears parents since I was 13. We have a similar family dynamic. I have been threatened with law enforcement and hospitalization and forced onto drugs for 35 years. My life and personality have been destroyed and I still live in fear though I moved away and no one knows where I am. I would rather walk through a field of spiders rather than see another mental health "professional " i suppose i got off easy though. A couple of decades earlier I might have got an icepick through my forehead and today I might be transitioning into a boy…but yeah..im the crazy one…

Psychiatry is inadvertaintly aiding in human trafficking and drugs as a drug trafficking scheme to imprison and put as many people on drugs that are in fact being affected with neuroweaponry. We have confirmed cases of civlians being diagnosed with Aquired Neurosensory dysfunction and the first civilian diagnosed is victim and activist is Dr.Len Ber. The mental health field isn't acknowldging the prospect of potential abuse from neuroweaponry and is misdiagnosing people to push drugs for profit dispite the immense harm they are doing unwittingly. They need to stop peddling fallacies like v2k is merely "alleged" as in 1975 it was demonstated in a study at Walter Reed institute that patients were able to hear 9 put of 10 words spoken to them through microwaves and it was in fact the U.S. army that acknowledged the existence of v2k or voice to skull on their website which specifically list that v2k or voice to skull was either a electromagnetic device that allows you to beam the sounds or voices into the skull of animals or people to hear things, and the second definition includes any silent device that can be used to make people hear voices or audio subliminal messages directed at people to hear. This crime is being covered up by the fact psychiatry has no way to distinguish if someone is sane or insane, and by default they cannot distingush between someone being attacked with neuroweaponry and those who are not, and inadvertantly recieving a diagnosis discredits people that are genuine victims from a crime seemingly hidden in plain sight. A crime that infringes on human rights. The mental health field is weaponized and misinforming the general public after known civilian cases of Aquired Neuralsensory Dysfunction have been clarified, such as the first case being Dr.Len Ber. I implore you to consider looking to this pressing subject as the v2k can be used to brainwash some and get them to harm themselves or others. This is certainly an issue of national security and trully a public health threat. And mental health professionals feigning ignorance over the subject is negligance and not in line with acting professional.

I went in to an ER and they medically trapped me for profit. I absolutely did not have any symptoms that should have held me there. They just capitalized on my family saying I seemed "off" that week. I was non violent and simply tired and needing a break from stresses. They forcibly medicated me against my will, performed an mri without consent and lied to my family and told them I wasn't sleeping there. They proceeded to drug me and grab me for no reason escalating every interaction.

I would love to touch base with you on my story. As I've been unraveling the facts, I'm shocked to find out all the ways they milked my insurance for a fake diagnosis.

Same in the Uk…detained for three months..ultimately for reporting " Cyber criminality" directed my way then police cover up / psychiatrist fabricated medical health report on me…section 135act Mental health act pursued…many further reports to retain my detention!! Criminals still in operation…
