  2. mental patients need to be treated with love respect and cared for in Virginia mental hospitals but sad that's not the case. the answer is more drugs pumped in the system I was tortured at Western State hospital Augusta county Virginia in 2017 many years later I was at Catawba I got angry and then I calm down they still insisted on putting the drugs in me I cried and said y'all are going to kill me at Catawba and that's exactly what they done I stopped breathing and put on the machine for 10 11 days at Korean to help me breathe they killed me and it Western State they tortured me for 2 weeks made me smell like a wet dog wouldn't allow me to take a soap shower force me to take drugs that made me smell like a wet dog is this anyway to treat anybody it took years for me to get over all this I was in bad shape enough without being tortured I sometimes still have nightmares from being tortured I called the commission on mental health of Virginia and they would not get back with me they don't care all they care about the selling drugs
