  3. Feeling this so much. I speak to a counselor but couldn't get an appointment until next week. I ended up calling a line for help through work today. I didn't go to work yesterday because of anxiety. Today I got up, got showered, then froze. Couldn't do it. So I'm home scrolling mental health videos. I'm trying to find a psychiatrist for an assessment and diagnosis

  4. This..video is me Not Physically Like The other hygene stuff that affects people but i feel empty when im not talking to someone this is just me..

  5. This video is so basic, but so important. For sure, a large part of it is how we choose to deal with stress. Yes, it sounds funny when I say that I relieve stress by eating half the items on the Taco Bell menu, but in all seriousness the only thing that will do is add more processed food into your diet and an uncomfortable extra 40 pounds. When people stress themselves out, most of the time it's putting unrealistic expectations on your shoulders, which will either lead to burn out, or point you in the direction of depression. That's the beginning phase of the downward spiral into the how and why you end up at this check list.
