This could save your life, if not radically change it.

I’m going to share a lesson that is critical in self defense but will also illuminate a critical error you’re likely making in your everyday life. First I need you consider what your next move would be if you knew you were in a fight for your life.

If your answer involved any way in which you’d deal with the stranglehold you see yourself as a VICTIM. Which isn’t bad per se as only a sociopath would go around strangling people. That said the key to self defense is learning to ACT immediately as soon as we recognize it’s life and death, it’s not a series of blocks or techniques it’s taking action and effectively changing the assailants behavior.
How this translates to every day life: a victim mentality leads to a state of reaction not causation you’re waiting for something to happen to react to it. If you’re serious about success in your you need to be proactive, take action and drive results.
