Psychedelic Treatment with Psilocybin Relieves Major Depression

Psychedelic treatment with psilocybin relieves major depression; in a small study of adults with major depression, Johns Hopkins Medicine researchers report that two doses of the psychedelic substance psilocybin, given with supportive psychotherapy, produced rapid and large reductions in depressive symptoms, with most participants showing improvement and half of study participants achieving remission through the four-week follow-up. #PsychedelicTherapy #PsilocybinTreatment #JohnsHopkins

  1. I love psychedelics and respect their ability to effectively "reprogram" a person. I am leary, though, (no pun intended) about allowing someone else to do that programming. How easily could this be abused? Anyone ever hear of MK Ultra?

  2. I have 200mgs capsules. Whats the dose for depression and anxiety? Will it work instantly or is it gradual? Do I take it every other day?

  3. I’m a huge advocate for Phychedelic and phychedelic research! I was spun into a major 3year long depression that started over a dui and cocaine abuse. Long story short I decided to try lsd and it was without a doubt the most unique and Spiritual awakening point of my life and also helped me dissolve my depression all in the one night.
It also makes no sense that someone would dislike this video, all I could think was either they like people being depressed or they’re old enough to of voted for Richard Nixon in the 60’s lol

  4. With helping hands of
    Exotic psyche pharmaceuticals online
I have tripped numerous times (shrooms, substituted tryptamines like 5-Meo-DALT, LSD of course, phens, etc) I was just curious as to your experiences with it. However my trips has always been good.

  5. this med supposedly works immediately for depression yet johns hopkins has been studying it for years and years and has only put out like one study involving 30 pts.
