Description: This free webinar will introduce participants to the key policy and practice components of primary and behavioral healthcare integration and highlight the results from the Integrated Health Social Work Curriculum Project (IHSWC). The IHSWC included the following phases: curriculum development for integrated health policy and advanced practice, implementation and evaluation of the course materials, creation of a learning network, and development of field placements in integrated care settings.
