  1. Hi
I am interested to do nursing specialties like forensic nursing or informatics nursing, clinical research nurse.
But I didn't know from where I can get the certification 😢

  2. i started off as a mental health tech helping do ECT treatments during school and fell in love with how it literally helped patients. After graduating i started working as an icu nurse and went straight back to school for my psych NP. no regrets !

  3. I started medical for between 5-10years and then switched psych. I’ve also worked with psych nurses who got medical jobs just fine. It’s all about how you market yourself in resume/cover letter and interview.

  4. I am 6 years as an RN… Med/tele, ICU, ED. I was charging a CCU a month ago and going 2-1 on a post ROSC, initiating CRRT, TTM etc. Now I’m a BH RN making the same amount I was sitting in the hot seat. Holy goddamn culture shock!

  5. So the issue I'm finding is the low pay, and I mean pay I made as an RN. Like so disrespectful. I'm in NY btw for reference. I hear it's just been oversaturated the psych NP field.
