  1. The a lot of people with mental health including my self being…. mental health isn’t an easy thing to recognise in human beings it’s hard to tell what a person. Is going trough in just one day… if you don’t like taking medication like it said in this video exercise can take a massive a effective in helping anxiety depression…. what you got to do is not keep thinking of bad situations think of the good ones you can create roughly work out 45-50 minutes is recommended by a Gp remember not all bad things live with you for ever somethings are temporary…

  3. we need more social groups and journal branches to pop up in town, instead were left with youtube and supported living with no funding and them mental hospitals are a joke honestly, they make you worse in them places, change your life and ask you dumb questions for twenty years after …
