  2. I don’t need to write a gratitude journal, I can remember the things I appreciate and think of it in my brain and don’t need to write it down

  3. I suffered the borderline disorder for over 23 years, with so much anxiety not until I came across psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment actually saved my life honestly. 6 years totally clean.
    Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms

  4. Lol I literally hug my mum tightly in bed every single day without fail and it makes me feel so good.
    And I try to do at least 20 to 30 minutes of exercise every day after breakfast which brings a smile to my face ☺️☺️☺️

  5. The number 4: hug someone. And number 7: get enough sleep.

    These two are something that I lack in my life. No one likes to hug me. So it makes me think they hate me, and I am just too ugly. Every night, i think of everyone who joked about me even tho they never meant to. It still hurts. But there were these two guys who called me dirty things a month ago. It's still stuck in my head. I never got to talk about this to anyone. I always wear a mask to school to hide my face. I am highly insecure of myself 😭
