I had ill mind, always blaming for something, someone, blaming for which happened with me in past, sadguru shown me what is ill mind , now I want to come out of this ill mind, In all these 1) I exercise regularly,2) I eat healthy food, 3) I Iive with panchaboothas, 4) I had good digestive system. But overall these four, fifth became more important that well being of oneself, I had given my anger, emotions in the hands of someone else. So I suffered with depression, anxiety. Now i reached to mental hospital….

  5. I don't get a lot of exercise; I just do all the things ordinary people do; but I practice breathing and meditation. My mental and physical condition are excellent for someone my age who has so many medical conditions (all controlled). My diet is excellent. It's healthy and I like the foods I eat. I don't drink fruit or vegetable juice because the fiber is taken out by juicing. I prefer green drinks. And, my colon is empty every day.
