  1. Hey Ms.Cathy! I just want to say thank you to you and all those who help you put these nursing videos together, as well as, the time you spend on them! I passed nursing school and the NCLEX-PN b/c of the help of your videos! Next stop RN-BSN !!! Keep these video comin' !! 🎉🎉🎊🎊🎉 Thanks again!!

  2. You must delete this video. It contains false statements which will mislead.
There is no evidence at all that either procedure affects neurotransmitter levels. None at all. It was all a psychiatric idea to justify the procedures and even the Royal College of Psychiatrists have now acknowledged that there is no proof at all that ‘serotonin’ levels for instance are affected. Also severe life changing memory loss can occur in 30-50 % of cases having repeated ECT. That is an accepted fact. It’s is very harmful and should be banned.

  3. So great-full to find your channel. I have my Psychiatric nursing licensing exam in 4 days and you are hitting all the relevant points in these videos. 🙏 🙏

  4. Which should be banned. It is a blunt head trauma. No ifs, buts or maybe's. Dr Peter Breggin a US psychiatrist has MUCH to say on this. Also having won numerous law suits due to damage from ECT. Awful treatment. Just barbaric.

  5. I recall 45-50 yrs ago seeing patients after this treatment and begging my grandfather not to let them do it to him ( i was around 8yrs old) now i hear my lifeling friends son in a unit, previously diagnosed with
Schizophrenia has been told by his Dr that he is depressed and has offered this. He says he probably wont because he is concerned about the after effects & from what i saw as a child, frankly, so am i !
Im shocked that you say its for depression yet after a shocking amount of treatment under GA they still need anti depressants. So how / why is it worth it? The Zombie like characters i saw as a child following ect , is that still what happens to them / is it temporary ?
