  1. I do a lot of this myself! It really works. I’ve been diagnosed with autism, ocd, bi-polar, adhd, among other things. It took years to learn how to cope. But I’m successful today . And I try to pass on my experiences in hope of helping others! 👍

  2. My mental problem is hereditary , my mother's family always has mental problem & my father is a shameless pervert . 😐And I'm a abomination 🤧🤧

  4. My sister told me that just me existing annoys her she said even me walking around or picking something up has been really irritating to her and it confirmed my biggest fear, that I'm nothing but an annoyance to everyone around me especially since for the last couple of days I've been going through a deep depressive episode so much so that I've basically been sleeping 90% of my days, not waking up ti'll 6/7 PM and that's only because someone woke me up and made me stay up.

  5. 18 months of bullying my friend, we fought back for 1 month, and they hit back for 2.5 yrs revenge. Taylor swift feels abused by man she dated for 3 months, pete davidson got into facility after 9 months of abuse, and my girl had to suffer for 18 months that people still blame it on her esp the women n locals here just because she n i are not famous

  6. The Bible is written by God through men.
    God created EVERYTHING
    Male and Female
    We are told about sin.
The garden of Eden. Adam and Eve…
Our fallen state: why the world is the way it is.
Satan through our fallen state has dominion over the earth.
Hence, why we have been lied to about everything. Why the truth is hard to see.
Satan is the father of lies.
We are under his spell, if we are not believers.
If you do not believe in the God of the Bible, I assure you are worshipping Satan.
    There is only one God.
    In short…
God so loved the world that he sent his only begotten son that whosever BELIEVES in him shall not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16
As we know the wages of sin is death and eternal separation from. God in hell for eternity.
    But there is good news!
God loved us all while we were yet sinners.
He offered the gift of salvation equally to all sinners, as we all fall short of the glory of God.
God offered this gift, however, he never forced anyone to take it.
How does one obtain the free gift of salvation?
By believing in the finished work of Jesus Christ (the messiah)
Jesus last words on the cross were “it is finished.”
    What was finished?
It was paid in full. Our debt, by Jesus death, by the shedding of his perfect blood.
Our sins are paid in full.
    But you must BELIEVE.
And you have to BELIEVE the gospel of Jesus Christ to get the gift of salvation.
Jesus lived a perfect life, as man and God. He ministered, healed and delivered people.
But his purpose was to die on that cross.
So if you confess that you are a sinner. And believe in your heart ( put your trust in Christ, knowing you need to be saved, knowing you cannot save yourself)
    Jesus is the saviour.
He paid for all your sins on that cross.
And if you believe that he rose again 3 days later you are saved, sealed and given the Holy Spirit.
It is a free gift of grace ( unmerited favour) through faith from God.
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God -Ephesians 2:8
You can do nothing to earn it or lose it.
You can add nothing or take anything away from it.
    Pretty easy.
Jesus did it all. It’s all Him.
That’s how much God loves you!
Jesus was tortured, mocked, spit on, and not to mention took on the entirety of the world’s sins.
    And,
    Most choose not to believe.

  7. Everyone have mental health problems, we are born stupid and smart at the same time. Not gonna lie, we can’t be perfect. Sometimes u snapped by getting angry to hurt others and go to jail. U have to be careful about ur actions. Don’t be a fool

  8. If you're watching this video and feeling like you're at the end of your rope, please know that you're not alone. It's okay to reach out for help, whether that's through therapy, medication, or just talking to a friend. It can be a long and difficult journey, but there is hope and healing on the other side. Thank you to the creator for sharing their story and shedding light on this important topic.

  9. I had long-time mental health issues which I didn't recognize. I took a therapist's help but after a point, I found it expensive and not able to get things much out of it. I am not saying it wasn't a help, it was a great help but learning things from YouTube and practicing things like exercise, journaling, gratitude, mindfulness, etc. helped me a lot. I listened to Dr. Joe Dispenza's speech and it was a big life changer for me. You tube and channels like you helped me a lot and without paying much to the therapist (which many people can't afford it), these channels and podcasts on thoughts and mental health helped me a lot. I would suggest the same to others. Try from your end as you'll find that you can understand yourself better than anyone else. Just pay attention to freely available guidance.
    Thanks a lot to YOUTUBE❤❤.

  10. I started making music to get thoughts out of my head. Today it plays a huge role in managing my mental health. I hope everyone finds their eacape and remember you got this 💪💪💪

  11. The government seems to have psychopaths in positions that they do not belong in. They use classified technology and other methods to make mentally stable individuals that are supposed to be working within specific government ‬positions look mentally ill. The intellectually challenged are easily controlled. John is being a good person, and trying to find healthy ways to take care of his mental health. He was most likely working/living with psychopaths or individuals that were really mentally ill, which resulted in a decline in his mental health.
