  1. There is no lab/blood test to diagnose psychiatric disorders. It only takes a psychiatrist. Psychiatry is an evil pseudoscience invented to create drug addicts so big pharma can boost profits. Psychiatry has helped no one, it masks problem by turning people into vegetables

  3. My daughter was diagnosed with Bipolar at 13 yo, she was treated like a lab rat with countless meds, all with terrible side effects for several years. An ER doctor told us during one of many meltdown visits that a keto-tyoe diet, regular exercise, Wim Hof breathing, cold showers and yoga would be extremely helpful. He said Bipolar was very similar to epilepsy, and both resulted from a deficiency of GABA protein in the brain. My daughter changed her diet, to include GABA-producing foods, as well as a GABA supplement, exercising regularly and going to routine talk (dialectical behavior) therapy and takes CBD and has done really well without medication for several years. She is now 25 yo and has Bipolar Type 1 rapid cycling, but has done so well with diet, exercand these other natural approaches. She had been hospitalized no less than 10 times from ages 12-18 for short-term (1-3 week stays), as well as a 10-month hospitalization. After reducing her meds under a doctor's care, and weekly/biweekly therapy, shes been off of meds since she was 18 yo. Psychiatric meds are toxic. Take them if needed, but if you can make major improvements through diet, exercise, breathwork, cold showers and therapy…DO IT!!! Moat doctors only push meds a d never discuss a natural approach.

  4. My bipolar mother just moved in with me eight months ago and is currently having an episode which she’s hospitalized for and I can’t tell you how helpful this information is. I did not know any of this. She recently went to urgent care and was put on dandelion root, which apparently is somewhat of a diuretic, I never heard of that stuff about vomiting or anything so this is valuable to me. Thank you so much.
