  1. mental health kills lives .so many people die wanting to heard yet is health to ask for help .I have had mental health and honestly get the help someone some where will miss people to die wanting help with mental

  2. After working many years in our NHS now that I need help I am not being helped at all and for ten years daily have had to live with a GP telling me that I can die any day with a very cruel disease. If this is happening to me then theres no hope for others .

  3. Mental health is one of the most important aspects of overall health. However, it is sad to watch people undermining their mental condition and leaning towards death.

  4. Awful advert. this is just too good to be true. so unrealistic. where's her experience of the revolving door, break down in relationships, loneliness, and discrimination! how about her trauma and the stigma from being in hospital 🙁

  5. Bless you Laura, you're an amazing person. Mental problems are serious issues , the same as other invisible illnesses, and need as much help like people with physical illnesses too.
If you feel you need help always grab that chance to get it. Even if you've had help before got better, but now fallen back down again, you can ALWAYS get help.
Here's some I've used and still do Samaritans, Shout ( text one), turning point, then there's so many other ones. There's groups on Facebook, Twitter too. I'm from UK, but I imagine there's so many for other people to use in other countries. They're always helpful, kind people. And of course go to you're doctor ,nurse, chemist even, teacher, talk to someone at least. 💖🤗
