What is mental health?

Mental health is something we all have. It’s an essential part of all of us which includes our thoughts and feelings, how we are getting on with other people and how we are managing day-to-day life.

  1. Mental Health is something we all have. It includes your thoughts and feelings about ourselves and others. how we relate to other people, how we function to our day to day and how we cope with the ups and downs of life. Having good mental health is not about having no mental health problem its about feeling good enough about ourselves, being able to do that matter to us and having the resilience with the difficult situation in life.

There are sickos that work in the shadows of the world. They rely on your belief in the mental health system to sadistically torture you and your children. Some of your channel trolls aren't funny people at all. They are a part of the evil cabal that understands how to spiritually rip people apart because NOBODY'S GOING TO BELIEVE THEM.

The fish kid? That's likely a joke on a baby that they've amputated and bandaged. I am rationalizing a safety training class with exposed blood and bone as somehow normal to witness. These people are EVIL. Come to Jesus. They use YOUR content to laugh at the victims because they know that your skepticism helps them to get away with high criminality.

Most of you who feel the most unbiased are highly biased to cynicism.

Oh, when the kids or otherwise oppressed refer to the first person plural (we), just consider them talking to Spirits that okayed all of the weird stuff that they just said. The council of sicko Spirits in their heads are in some cases called familiar Spirits. I learned this by going through it. The voices indoctrinate a person with the "how to hate for no plausible reason gospel". They yell that God doesn't love them, that they're all alone, that nobody wants them, AFTER befriending them and alienating them with poor decision making. Some of the Spiritual entities actually try to seize control of their bodies. So, when some, not all people say that he made me do it and they can't tell you who, respond to it. It would creep them out to know that somebody understands this person. There are hateful Spirits that advise people to harm others to ALIENATE THEM WITH THEM. Most killers may have had familiars as imaginary friends. They again, befriend you, tear your life up using you and sometimes others around you, then they try to drive you to suicide.

If counselors understood how the voices work and what they are, more people may be alive and well today.

    Blessings.

  3. I am an avid #MentalHealthAwareness advocate and spoken word performer, and I love this so much. I travel the country trying to bring that awareness on stages, in classrooms, hospitals, and on my YouTube channel, so I get excited when I see other advocates. 💙❤

  4. The Bible is written by God through men.
    God created EVERYTHING
    Male and Female
    We are told about sin.
The garden of Eden. Adam and Eve…
Our fallen state: why the world is the way it is.
Satan through our fallen state has dominion over the earth.
Hence, why we have been lied to about everything. Why the truth is hard to see.
Satan is the father of lies.
We are under his spell, if we are not believers.
If you do not believe in the God of the Bible, I assure you are worshipping Satan.
    There is only one God.
    In short…
God so loved the world that he sent his only begotten son that whosever BELIEVES in him shall not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16
As we know the wages of sin is death and eternal separation from. God in hell for eternity.
    But there is good news!
God loved us all while we were yet sinners.
He offered the gift of salvation equally to all sinners, as we all fall short of the glory of God.
God offered this gift, however, he never forced anyone to take it.
How does one obtain the free gift of salvation?
By believing in the finished work of Jesus Christ (the messiah)
Jesus last words on the cross were “it is finished.”
    What was finished?
It was paid in full. Our debt, by Jesus death, by the shedding of his perfect blood.
Our sins are paid in full.
    But you must BELIEVE.
And you have to BELIEVE the gospel of Jesus Christ to get the gift of salvation.
Jesus lived a perfect life, as man and God. He ministered, healed and delivered people.
But his purpose was to die on that cross.
So if you confess that you are a sinner. And believe in your heart ( put your trust in Christ, knowing you need to be saved, knowing you cannot save yourself)
    Jesus is the saviour.
He paid for all your sins on that cross.
And if you believe that he rose again 3 days later you are saved, sealed and given the Holy Spirit.
It is a free gift of grace ( unmerited favour) through faith from God.
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God -Ephesians 2:8
You can do nothing to earn it or lose it.
You can add nothing or take anything away from it.
    Pretty easy.
Jesus did it all. It’s all Him.
That’s how much God loves you!
Jesus was tortured, mocked, spit on, and not to mention took on the entirety of the world’s sins.
    And,
    Most choose not to believe.
    ❤️

  5. Run to Jesus Christ. He is our only hope. He deals with mental health with a single blow. Jesus Christ saves. He sticks closer than a brother. He loves humanity so much as to die for us. Know Jesus Christ, know life, happiness and peace

  6. Hebrews 11:1 ~ Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.

Isaiah 40:31 ~ But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.

Romans 8:24-25 ~ For in this hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience.
