  2. So I had a bad trip with my mental health . It got me in jail . Lost my job my girlfriend and jobless and homeless it wasn't my fault but I can't prove it to the law

  3. Do I have ptsd? Once when we went to Gran Canaria I got locked in the toilets for ages. I have claustrophobia, and get stressed super easily so obviously I got way too panicked and nearly passed out. I’ve not let that memory go for a few years now, have had multiple nightmares about it. I was screaming and kicking at the door but no one came. I eventually sat down and thought about it, and used all my strength to hack the door open. Now I get scared to go in public toilets that don’t have a clear escape root

  4. There are a number of inaccuracies in this video. OCD is not classed in the DSM5 as an anxiety disorder. It is best treated with medication and ERP therapy, not talk therapy (which makes it worse). Autism is not a mental illness and many autistic individuals consider ABA therapy abusive. The language, especially concerning autism is ableist

  5. I have phycosis for a few days because an insect(my fear) flew to my face and it gave me anxiety thinking, hearing, or sometimes seeing(although there is nothing) it… Im glad I have a cat…

  6. I feel talk therapy is the good solution of all and storytelling is the good therapy ..why world never use android as talk therapy at night 🌃

  7. I have been diagnosed with ADHD combined tipe Level 2 ASD and OCD i also have depression And anxiety but I haven’t been diagnosed with depression but I can tell that I have it

  8. having adhd is like having your brain on a consistent train and it wont stop): however fun fact adhd is actually a rare disorder but its most commonly misdiagnosed

  9. OK, I’m an not a adult,. I’m 13 and I have so much anxiety going out in public like I literally can’t. I literally rushed my mom to get me out of a like big mall and like Florida and I got embarrassed. It’s very hard struggling with social anxiety and anxiety

  10. Cant help but notice the glaring absence of Addiction as a primary disorder….especially sinse this disorder has the highest mortality rate and is prevalent everywhere

  11. Autism and ADHD are not mental illnesses they are both developmental disorders neither of which can be cured and they both exist from birth and some of the description of autism is slightly wrong one of the things they described is poor eye contact but the DMS-5 criteria say abnormal eye contact and some of the others things were wrong and kind of steriotypical but yeah they are both very commanly said to be mental ilnesses but they are not
