  1. I been upset as well. I keep remembering bad stuff. Like my parents Divorcement i try to get rid off it but ut always comes back and now im in Year 6 and im stressed out about Puberty. And i got acne and i was scared i didn't know what to do. ( Im a female)

  7. With the end of the school year I have been really stressed lately and second guessing everything I do. It’s hard to stay confident in myself and what I say around friends and family.   8. I know that I probably need therapy, but I'm still a minor. Not that I fear telling my parents (which a little part of it) but mainly because we are not financially stable right know, and therapy is really expensive. I know that if they knew that I was having a bad time they would do anything they could to take me to one, but I don't want to make them struggle even more with money.

  10. Sorry for commenting but I this is how I can communicate with a psycho who's been flooding my feed with violent content for a long time, many of which encourages suicide. Any recommendation? Anyone? I might not see replies because he turns off notifications, clears copyboard, deletes my comments… It's not a JOKE.

I had negative health effects because of stress which caused me to eat less (I lost a lot of weight), being really dehydrated, and acid reflux (yes acid reflux can be caused by stress) so I’m doing my best to improve my mental health so I can be healthier since I need to work on myself physically

  14. I am having such a difficult time with Bipolar ll disorder. My nurse from the local mental health association sent me this. Maybe I’m in such a deep depression that I don’t see it making any difference. Self affirmation just takes me back to Al Frankenstein doing a self affirmation skin on it and it just makes me laugh. My self care used to be going to a specific spa for a couple of days. I got to know them extremely well. They closed. I live in the country. I’m so sick right now I could be in the hospital right now, but there are no medication that can be made. This did nothing. It wouldn’t even when I feel good.
