  1. Perfect timing again- just on time to help these people wh are trying to help sufferers of sesonal affective disorder. I'm looking forward to more in this series. And no, some tiny presentation mix-up is not a problem at all as long as the link to a correct presentation is provided in description of the video. Thank You knidly for Your excellent work once more. Lots of posiitve energy from South of Poland and the city of Kraków. Hope You could visit us some day. Jagiellonian University would really benefit from a visiting professor like You. 😉 We also have the Brain Week conference annually during which people like You are welcome.

  2. This is so much more thorough than any psychologist/psychiatrist interaction I’ve ever had. It’s usually “you’re depressed, go take an SSRI”. I’ve never sensed an ounce of empathy or any effort to uncover an underlying cause.

  3. Thank you for your videos and knowledge. I already watched part 5 first because that was what was recommended to me and I am so happy that it was because you are so knowledgeable and understanding. So I’m going to start at Part 1 and use this as tips to help me overcome this while I wait to see a new therapist since I’m transitioning out of the military. Thank you so much again this is so amazing, you are so amazing you have such a light and happy aura ✨☀️ Please keep being your amazing self!!

  5. Get out of your head and focus on reality or something beautiful or interesting. And when you feel like shi t and have enough of that stupid behaviour take first steps, literally, move. Be your own hero. Jump, dance, run, masturbate, love, walk, crawl, shout loud. Throw out all your pain, insecurity, negativety. Let go all. Just do it. And remember: you don't have to be pathetic, it's just a view on the world. World is how you see it. Don't be bully but also don't pity yourself. Love yourself. Because you are unique creation, one and only. Everyone is.

  6. I pray whoever is reading this learns to create feelings of joy wonder peace serenity bliss fun abundance and restful relaxation ❤

  7. What if someone come to you depressed because of finances and that's all he talks about ? How can a therapist or psychologist deal with this when they cant help with financial difficulties of someone?

  8. I've a degree in Psychology and an MSc in Mental Health Science, but both are theoretical. I am trying to learn more about working with therapy at a practical level and this video has echoed exactly my thoughts in terms of what's going on behind the symptoms and potential causes, the interplay between so many factors and more importantly, what questions to ask in order to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the person's difficulties. It's a great video!

  9. I fall asleep at around 6am I go in to my room at 10 pm I wake up at 4pm and rot in a chair every day on till 10pm . Day after day night after night . Roommate goes on with her life . Me I am friendless,I have zero support from roommate. I have no family. I never married. And a walk around the block dose nothing for me . Nobody cares . I am truly alone. A psychiatrist cannot help the way I live the people who don’t care about me. The zero support in the go for a walk it’ll make you feel better because that’s what I’ve experienced with psychologist. Basically, I have to leave my situation and find new friends I know what will help, it’s getting there that’s hard.this is related to your morning conversation. I don’t have mornings read above.
