Do AI mental health apps really work?

Each year, one in five Americans will experience some form of mental health illness. The need for help is clear, but many don’t seek therapy either due to cost or stigma. AI chatbots have jumped into the mix, but can a bot do the job of a real therapist?

  1. I think, a.i is in some ways better than some of the actual licensed doctors.
    Artificial means the design is not human and should be more unbiased. In my opinion.
    Also, being careful with a person's unique personality at the same time.
    I'm not a developer, I just – do see it as Good in many cases.
