  1. GOD GAVE ME MY VACCINATION SO I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM I RECEIVED A SHOT ABOUT THE SAME TIME AS THE VIRUS CAME OUT. I OFFERED TO LET ANYONE CHECK MY VACCINATION BUT NO TAKERS. I AM EIGHTY TWO YEARS OLD.

  2. Thanks & good job. Why don't you go back to bed? Why do you force yourself to wake up when your body wants to sleep (during the day)? Is work a toxic relationship? 🤔😕😉

  3. I listened to my very 1st video of this series ever, prior to this one, & IT WAS GREAT INFO! I fell asleep listening to it actually. Somewhere in it, because there were 2 hosts, was a light hearted moment with a little laughter. I don't remember, I fell asleep 😴
    But guess what?!?!
I finally had a happy dream. I woke up laughing!!!
I NEVER laugh when I'm awake.
I had such a great dream- and it was a funny one -that I woke up laughing!😆
Thank you, thank you very much for the healing words that you all are giving through these videos.
    They truly make a difference.

  4. I love these tips and I’m grateful for you taking the time to share them but I don’t like the idea of comparing yourself to others and being grateful that we aren’t as poorly off as others may be. It just seems mean spirited like saying “yeah I have some issues but at least I’m not a quadriplegic.” Everyone is different and it seems like a bad idea to compare yourself to someone else. I think a better alternative would be to find some stories of recovery and save them to reread on tough days when you need a reminder that there’s always hope to get better 💜

  5. Ask urself what do u need?(during meals)
Make a list of things that prevent or help mitigate vulnerabilities ?
( being ontop of my responsibilities- relaxation and accomplished
    (enough mental stimulation-happiness motivation excitedness
    (church -belonging accepting
    Make a list of reasons
    **Important questions to live authentic
    What makes you happy?
1.Having a positive attitude being able to express myself and not let others bring me down
    2.Singing
    3.Being physically active
    4.being with my dogs
5.Socializing w people who make me laugh
    6.nature sunlight reading creating organizing
When I'm happy my thoughts will be good I'll think " I feel so happy life is good and beautiful" " I'm so blessed God is so good to me " " I love my life everything feels perfect for me" and my outlook will change because I'll feel confident about my future and present I'll trust in the process and feel joy peace i accept all of me even my shortcomings vulnerabilities weaknesses imperfections…I'll find peace in that im a good positive happy(identity) person and I accept that the way people treat me is a reflection of their life not me and I will respond with kindness and I will be rewarded with more happy strength.
Happiness makes me feel more energized motivated creative social driven and makes me feel healthy and regulates my emotions
When I'm happy I see my family best friends partner and mentors as my support system My relationships will be full of support
In my day to day life the time I wakeup would be different the way i encounter fear would be different I would see it as a opportunity to gain more happiness and feel good about myself after confronting feelings of fear. what I would eat would be different having a social life feeling pretty organized and having a bf and new experiences Having hobbies that make me feel energized and intuned w myself not being afraid of myself and what's inside and feeling comfortable showing others I would be doing art martial arts dance and fashion
I can start making these things happen by accepting myself fully and being supported by me family and other people I care abt.

  6. I am absulutly not convinced on the forgivness is a powermove thing. I mean not being consumed by anger that you can't concentrate towards something good, okay. But the way it's presented just makes me go bah

  7. Doc Snipes! Thank You! These are the most important things we don’t learn in school:
How to be happy. How to be ourselves. How to love ourselves. How to heal ourselves. (and maybe others too 🙂
Your videos are very useful, and so important, a kind of manual for the human mind-brain.
Have a nice way! I wish you love and happiness! You're a beautiful soul-surgeon and much more :D!

  8. Allergy every morning? Used to be me. Cured it with drinking water as soon as i wake up. I thought it was allergy but it was dehydration for not drinking for 8 hours while sleeping. I used to sneeze and watery eyes from dehydration as soon as i wake up every morning for years but stopped as soon as I wake up drink lemon water then after an hour after the water goes around my body… my sneezing stops. Hopefully people dont drink allergy medication every morning thinking it's allergy. Natural healing like water or any liquid is the only medication needed.

  9. The "scents" tip made me think of the time my oldest brother got in trouble in elementary school for keeping Lipton tea bags in his desk because he like to sniff them. 😄

  10. Dear Doc, I used to have allergies every single morning as soon as i wake up. But it goes away around noon. When i prayed asked God what's going on with me because it's been years like this. The answer I got was that by noon I already had drunk some liquid that's why it goes away. Because all through the night while sleeping for 8 or more hours, we don't drink of course that's why we are so dry and sort of dehydrated when we wake up. Although the symptoms are the same as having allergy, it's not. So now, as soon as i wake up, i drink a glass of water and after an hour my symptoms of sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, etc stops. It takes an hour for the water to circulate, right? Our body's coping with dryness with runny nose, watery eyes, etc. I normally dont drink anything as soon as i wake up until around lunch time that's why that's when my symptoms used to stop. Hope this info might help you and hopefully you are not taking allergy pills. I shared this to some people who were like me and this solved the allergy symptoms that's actually just dehydration upon waking up. God bless you. I love you. I wish you health and safety.
