  1. If we want a cure we should fight, not flight. We need to understand why this is happening and try out best But unfortunately we are only animals in this ultra complex existence so there is no way that we can truly understand this complexity and sometimes when we have no willpower enough we need to hide in our safe spaces for recharge our willpower.

  2. My depression has had its best improvement since I sought treatment for my anxiety as well. Never had a doctor bother about it or even ask me about it until I found my current GP last year.
You can have wellness within the illness.. That gives me hope 💜

  3. I have been depressed for a long time, but after taking shrooms few months ago, l feel much happier and highly motivated and my ADHD gone , lost a ton of anxiousness and had a few epiphanies about how I should live my life. I decided to buy an ounce for backup, but haven’t yet felt the need to take any more since then.

  4. I have been depressed since early childhood. I have adhered to all those tips on how to improve your mood with diet, exercise etc for years and years. I have tried most anti-depressants (or groups of antidepressants) as well as some more experimental ones. I have tried TMS (no effect) and ketamine (some effect, but very short lived). I have tried CBT and more traditional psychotherapy, as well as counseling. All of this and I am still as depressed as I have always been. I'm not coping – I'm being worn down by this disease. There is no getting better, no recover, no remission. None of these things work. Depression ends when it ends you.

  5. I like the idea of “depression recovery” much like “addiction recovery” – you have to work at recovery, daily. You have to fight to get and stay better. It’s really tough and we have to keep pushing! Praying for every depression recovery person out there. Remember depression lies!

  6. Managing depression was difficult until I found Planet Ayurveda. Their herbal supplements have provided the support I needed to feel better. The natural
approach has made a huge difference in my emotional well-being.

  7. And recurrent depression is a problem, that's why new antidepressants like Vortioxetine or Vilazadone try to tackle these problems . At the end Cognitive behavioral therapy is as useful as these drugs. Drugs alone sometimes can't handle the problem

  8. surrender you life to God, just say: God, I surrender all my problems, fears, responsibilities to you. take care of them, take care of me and look over them and me. I fully give you control over everything in my life. You will feel a peace after this that no medication can give you. Just let go

  10. My only advice stay away from ECT they lie to you saying its safe but it ruins your cognitive functions in your brain unless you wanna commit suicide 100% never come close to it as it has ruined my life can't do almost 60% of things I used to do effortlessly you start struggling with booking flights applying for jobs completing or doing any kind of simple focus reading.
( Not talking about memory loss btw or memory blanking you experience)
