Diogo Jota joins Liverpool FC’s Performance Psychologist, Lee Richardson, to talk about the importance of managing stress in the busy lives we all live, as well as the shared experiences we both have in dealing with our mental health and wellbeing, through the work of the club’s Red Together campaign.

  2. When you're a man you should never ever talk about your problems with others. You should overcome your own problems. This is the definition of being a man. If you need to talk to someone you're not a man. You're still a boy.

  3. People think these footballers are living the dream and earning big money to kick a ball around. Whilst true while in the public limelight/pressure is substantial and mental health can effect anyone. Hence why Marcus Rashford has his iconic mind celebration. If you need help speak up YNWA ❤
