Government concerned about limited facilities for mental health care
The Ministry of Health says there is a need to expand mental health infrastructure across the country, to meet the need witnessed in health facilities across the country. While some mental health facilities exist, they are noting an increase in the number of people requiring services. According to Ministry of Health, there is a need for a comprehensive study to better understand the extent of the problem, as NOBERT ATUKUNDA reports.
