  1. Absolute rubbish. You pretty much get no help at all. I have complex physical and mental illness and can't even get a care plan. Just left struggling isolated and alone with no help for serious physical illness and I've fought so hard to get it and now I'm to tired and down trodden by it all. Crisis team do not turn up or they put the phone down on you or don't answer it at all. This video is how it should work but I've never seen or witnessed it. I live in constant risk and danger
