  2. 👋🏼😄 Aileen! This video is so therapeutic and aesthetically helpful while watching this. All of these 10 healthy habits helped me cure my mental health, and I can relate to some of the essentials that provides self-care on journaling and meditating. The Five Minute Journal is also more helpful to do Self-Reflect check include writing prompts; 3 morning prompts and 2 night prompts. Moreover, they provide a an inspirational quotes and a weekly challenge to enlighten your reputation per page. Personally, I have face this stage of having a huge breakdown back in 2019, and it was hard for me to align the present moment until I learn how to recover myself on, such as certain of habits that you include on your list such as, 'Expressing Yourself', 'Set Boundaries', and 'Practice Gratitude.' Thus, I feel like this video is precisely helpful, and I'll remember these 10 healthy tips whenever I'm facing this stage again. Thank you so much, Aileen!
