  1. Thanks for posting this Clay. I had a question. I am 100% PNT mental health anxiety, depression, insomnia. I just started group therapy through the VA for insomnia. I had one telehealth visit with a doctor to discuss anxiety. What are your thoughts? Should I just drop out or just continue to go and never let them think it’s helping me, because it’s not…

  2. @TheCivDiv I watch all your videos, thank you for the valuable information! I was granted 50% PTSD in April but I believe it should've been 70%. I'm having a Dr that is not treating me evaluate me and write a new DBQ 1/2025, hopefully he'll see what the VA Dr. didn't. I'm going to be 53 yrs old in 2 weeks. What are my chances of getting revaluated by the VA? I thought they don't reevaluate you the 1st 2 years and they don't reevaluate once you turn 55 for the exception of certain circumstances. Keep the great work! We appreciate what you are doing for your fellow Vets!

  3. Thanks for the video & sharing your story

My past CBT program felt like a 16 week long safety brief in the theatre or chapel. I will be using that evidence soon in a Supplemental Claim: Mental Health due to chronic pain by evidence of hard fought X-rays and MRIs & my truth

I joined the military for the challenge

I received the challenge of a lifetime of disabilities

After Action Report: My gift (free healthcare) & curse (chronic conditions)

  4. VA Psychologists often lie and write improvements in your records otherwise they would look bad. My VA Dr straight up said I didn’t want to improve because I was afraid of losing my 50% MH rating😂😂🤯 he was upset that I didn’t want to sit around a circle and tell stories in his created program. I already was in therapy for 15 years and tried multiple programs before I saw him…stay away from the VA.

  5. The same goes for SSDI. Every 5 years they will send you a document asking you to list all the Dr’s you visited since the last look. Imagine if you stopped all treatment, they would have the right to stop your payments.

  6. Clay,

Hope you and your family are doing well! As normal, you are right on point.

Thank you SOOOOOO much for publicly professing your faith! That's a rare trait in today's world! You just inspired me!!💪🏻💪🏼💪🏾🦾

I just submitted my VA increase claim and viewed my QTC mental health DBQ which has the 70% criteria checked off (YAHOO!!!😂😂).

You and I had a one-on-one conference about a year ago, and you recommended that I submit for an increase of my 30% rating. I didn’t submit for TDIU consideration with my claum because you and I didn’t discuss that, but what are thoughts on TDIU?

My entire C&P exam with QTC for the medical (not mental health) was only 15 to 25 minutes for 11 increase and secondary claims (go figure🫤). I'm not really confident that the Doc adequately addressed my medical conditions, so I'm considering adding TDIU to my claim to meet the 100% criteria as a backup (based on the mental health DBQ the I reviewed).

What are your thoughts on adding TDIU to my claim considering that my claim is now in the Preparation For Decision phase but hasn't been as assigned a Temp Jurisdiction? Is it a bad move?

  7. I'm 70 % for PTSD and currently using the Vet Center for therapy. I hate going back into the memories. They give me good pointers to manage my symptoms, sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Weight training late at night before going to bed works for me as well as drinking beer during my days off. I know these contradict each other but they work for me.

  8. The fact you "Back" the VA in any shape way or form speaks volumes.. you were honest and they tried to F*** you.. Screw the VA and every entity it represents.

  9. Please read Clay im 100% p and t service connected. I haven't used my cpap for 2 years because it makes me feel like I'm being attacked with my ptsd should I start using it again so I don't lose my cpap 50%. A Washington judge approved me for the 50% sleep apena. During the 2 years it took the judge to make my decision i never used the c-pap. What should I do brother.

  10. Remember it is dangerous to be right when the men of power are wrong. You speak out so you are target. That how the government weaponize laws for speaking. No man is more hated than the man who speaks the truth.

  11. Like you I suffer. Because I have an education they try to punish me for it. Suffering is suffering. 11 back surgeries, anxiety, panic attacks, suicide attempt, hypervigalence, and still I have to justify. Pschy oops against vulnerable popularions. Don’t forget med side effects sexual dysfunction issues, peripheral neuropathy, obesity
