  1. Men don't like Antidepressants because they make it so you can't get an erection and women can't achieve an orgasim. Sometimes making love or even masterbating will help you feel better. 😢

  2. stay away from alcohol, i had 5 pints the other night and literally always feel completely depleted of any positive thoughts the next day, as if i am an empty shell.. brain is out of synch completely, cant think rationally and even though i am not such an emotional person, i cried like 5 times the next day. sleep and rest will return me to at least some normality again..

  3. Depression hit me like a pile of bricks. I didn’t see it coming. I got insomnia I couldn’t sleep for weeks then came the lightheadedness and panic attacks from that. Coupled with anxiety because I didn’t feel well I was going down a dangerous path. Being around family and just getting sleep actually made me feel 10x better. I want to get out of this with medication because I don’t like the way it makes me feel. I feel low and even more sad. It just doesn’t work for me. Please pray for me people I need a natural sleep aid and practice so I’m not on antidepressants

  4. Walk line you are lateb7 days per week…take Omega 3 fatty acids… don't accept every. Thought. Kill the automatic negative thoughts 4 out 7 days per week exercise… . LOVE and. Accept 😂yourself. GET A PET TO SHOW.LOVE AND CARE FOR. FORGET YOUR ISSUES KEEP BUSY. HELP OTHERS. VOLUNTEER. Don't take other people's comments deriously

  5. i think social activity, and intimate activities, no i don't talk about sex😂😂 then my st john wort & beloved lamotrigine anti epeleptics.. of course physical activities work ❤❤❤
