stay away from alcohol, i had 5 pints the other night and literally always feel completely depleted of any positive thoughts the next day, as if i am an empty shell.. brain is out of synch completely, cant think rationally and even though i am not such an emotional person, i cried like 5 times the next day. sleep and rest will return me to at least some normality again..
Depression hit me like a pile of bricks. I didn’t see it coming. I got insomnia I couldn’t sleep for weeks then came the lightheadedness and panic attacks from that. Coupled with anxiety because I didn’t feel well I was going down a dangerous path. Being around family and just getting sleep actually made me feel 10x better. I want to get out of this with medication because I don’t like the way it makes me feel. I feel low and even more sad. It just doesn’t work for me. Please pray for me people I need a natural sleep aid and practice so I’m not on antidepressants

I fought depression with Word of God and running on the treadmill 30 minutes 4x a week. So far, I'm able to get sleep now.

GET A PET TO SHOW.LOVE AND CARE FOR. FORGET YOUR ISSUES KEEP BUSY. HELP OTHERS. VOLUNTEER. Don't take other people's comments deriously
i think social activity, and intimate activities, no i don't talk about sex😂😂 then my st john wort & beloved lamotrigine anti epeleptics.. of course physical activities work ❤❤❤
