  1. Im an epileptic (temporal lobe epilepsy). Ginkgo and Panax Ginseng helped very huge in my cognition. Specially Ginkgo. And these helps on alzheimer and many diseases of the brain cause it share many causes as my epilepsy, according to new research. Vitamins are important for brain health. There is contradicting evidence on the use of Omega 3, I personally have not seen significant improvements of the cognition in the people that consume it. including myself. I have seen books about the use of high dose vitamins on schizophrenia.
