  2. I've really never understood the idea of "manliness" consisting of "being 100% independent and not needing or wanting help" and all the other bullshit I can't remember atm. From a scientific viewpoint, all you need to do to be a "man" is have XY chromosomes in your cells, that's it. Nothing else. It doesn't have anything to do with your actions or opinions or how much you depend on others, it's all in your genetic makeup
