Everyone is replaceable in this world. Evidently even more so in the corporate world. With this kind of mentality and value prevalent everywhere in life people are so tensed and stressed all the time. Over time it will take a toll on employees mental health. We can write and demand all we want in life but by now all the power is in the companies hands and nothing can be done anymore. We have made them to powerful to topple them by now. You falter you will be out of the game.
Just work and don't give in to your fear and their fear instilling teachings. You will last longer this way. They want you to be afraid. Don't fall for it.

No joke to Mental Wellness. Thank you to Singapore Government 🌹❤️
Many other Nation Leaders in Asia especially need to look after the residences, No Joke!!
I take mental health very seriously. I told my boss he’s probably mental coz of the way he acts. Got fired 😅
Mckinsey study?? Ironic isnt it where their firm has high burnout and stressed consultants😂
Like almost other stuff….. Talk only. Look at the pathetic recycling in SG and govt INITIATIVE to do recycling….. you know what I am talking about.
Companies do it by making employees to work from home, 24 hrs stand by, 8 days a week….. That will help.
Workplace?
Too shallow lah!
Take it higher to the whole population of the country lah!
Do you know what kind of mental problem South Koreans and Japanese are facing?
Shallow, the Great Asia is talking about the mental problem of the entire population of a countries.
Singapore is getting there soon.
Ha ha ha!
Emloyees mental wellbeing should be the focus point of HR in every organisation on how to tackle it and this dept needs to do more than just hiring and firing
Office politics surely create and contribute to mental issues
Haha big joke not all companies will do confirm plus chop if do also you think wont have stress? Haha management ok fix that
Thus quiet quitting should be celebrated
Tbh having flexible work is the most important to most . When I’m at home I don’t feel stressed , workin in office I feel drained and stressed from
Having people constantly around
It makes me so sad these workplace issues just seem to be getting worse, globally. I’ve also shared my own burnout story on my channel. I really hope things will change for the future, especially for our youth 😢
All that is reported here does not work at all. Increasing productivity will likely increases competition, competition leads to one dehumanizing one another ending up greater depression. One's well to do is equivalent to another's suffering. Only if the world is a paradise, else forget eliminating depression completely.
Stress in the workplace, economy competitiveness is not anything new, in fact this culture have already existed many generations. Our parent's generation are much able to cope with the situation. Even to this day older generations have the lowest mental health rate compare to the younger generations.
There are other deeper underlying reason than just this . We need to be careful not to create a mollycoddle culture.
