  1. I try to defend and explain myself always but then I end up feeling gas lit by others honestly. In regards to your final topic. I don’t act like I don’t know my back story. I feel like I know better than anyone fs. But then I always end up feeling gas lit by other people and that’s frustrating tbh. Makes me want to just not people sometimes especially with people I’m not feeling heard by. It’s exhausting and sometimes hurtful and insulting.

  2. Just found your channel and wow, sir, you have created a veritable goldmine of help and understanding. Kudos! I'm excited to start working with these ideas!

  3. realized how much I resonate with the four things people with mental illness do without thinking. As someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression, I often catch myself in these patterns—like overanalyzing conversations or isolating myself when I feel overwhelmed. The video made me more aware of these habits and helped me understand that I'm not alone in experiencing them. Recognizing these behaviors is the first step towards changing them, and I’ve started to be more mindful of my actions and thoughts. It’s comforting to know that there are ways to manage and improve.

  4. The unusual thing about you is that there are millions of people who relate to every single word you're saying. And, there are a very small percentage of professional therapist, psychiatrists and other mental health professionals that could listen to you and understand or agree with even half of what you're saying. It's sad. It feels like getting help is like throwing a dart at an invisible dart board. Thank you for still making videos. I feel so happy and relieved for you. 💙

  5. OMG! I miss the '80's–even though they weren't perfect–I'm angry with my mother and it scares me–even though she was abusive–I wish I was someone I'm not–actually, several someones–and I'm gaslighting myself–I recently recovered a memory of having gotten into med school in 5th grade, but I am not sure that it actually happened because much to my parents' disappointment I became an art major instead–I think losing the memory allowed me to follow my heart instead of going into medicine…hmm…

  6. I didn't know then what I know now. I operated on a molten core of rage that pushed me me to survive and succeed. Very little insight. The punishment for life experience is the insight it gives you.

  7. You know what I have a lot of experience with people just like you or like my family that use mental health as a weapon and as a means to punish somebody or hurt somebody mental health field the way it is completely sucks and it's good for nothing

  8. And how about people that act like mental health with medicine magically fixes everything and will always use it as a threat to keep someone in check or how mental health facilities are more like a prison that helps no one just like you my dude you help no one but yourself
