  1. Stay positive and put the time in to your recovery. 2 years now and breaking barriers to a full recovery. Not there yet but with work and a positive mindset soon. Good luck all

  2. No I didn't have it before, I'm trying to be happy but its taking too long to recover, the insurance company says I'm fine, and everything gets denied

  3. I'm having trouble focusing and concentrating after a mild concussion a week ago. Pretty much back to normal now but I feel like I'm a little off. Can this help me regain my mental sharpness?

  4. I’ve had 5 concussions and my fifth one really fucked me up mentally and it’s such a challenge to realize that the reason I still don’t feel normal is because of the depression and anxiety I have not because of the concussion. This video is so helpful

  5. This video alone was a huge wake up call for me. I have been avoiding doing certain activities because of my concussion and all I have been thinking about is my concussion. I realize now that while I do need to be cautious I need to do these activities or else my mental health is only gonna get worse. Thanks a lot.

  6. Intermittenting fasting has helped my anxiety level from heart palpitations and not being able to breath almost down to nothing .. although I still do have weird head feelings at times and sadness sometimes.. it Has helped reduce bad head pressure and memory and concentration to almost none .. Felt almost immediate relief after a few days . But I have not stopped I’m on day 10.
