  1. If we include all the people having so called "clinical depression", which is a term for doctors to sell you meds, which is 6weeks or more of so called depressed state when really it's nothing but a seasonal sadness caused by overwhelming things, Then 50% of population would be considered previous depression patients. Where severe depression, which is 2years or longer of continuous depressed state, is truly what should be considered a depression. A long term mental illness that medications won't even help. The reason why antidepressants are considered helpful is because the people who take them don't even have depression. They don't have a long term inflammation in the brain, unlike long term depressed people. If truly 30% of population have a disabling depression, the society won't even be able to function. All the people saying this is the most common disability in the world is because all of the patients we're falsely diagnosed. If you were only just depressed and can get out of it in a few months, it's not depression.

  4. Are you going to Heaven when you die? If you believe that Jesus Christ was born, suffered and died on the Cross, and that God Almighty raised Him back up to Life three days later – and if you Trust that His Sacrifice alone paid for all your past, present and future Sins – then you will go to Heaven when you die. This is the Good News of The Gospel.

  5. As Someone suffering from Major Depression & Severe Anxiety, its like no matter what good things are happening to you, you don't even get excited or happy & you feel like you got nothing to look forward to in life & its almost like you don't wanna exist.

  6. You have grave spiritual torment!

Say (in loud voice): I accept Jesus as the only savior. I expel all demons from here and from my body in the name of Jesus.

Throw away all images forever. God is invisible. Your life will change forever if you say this (in loud voice) every day. Search for an evangelical church. Can't sin or Devil returns.😊

My parents scold me for being so rude , selfish and too much sensitive… They know I went through pain … They know I was traumatised by past … But They aren’t helping me… I shared with my mama that I am going through inferiorty complex and skipped college for 2 months before exams coz my inferiorty complex was its peak and It was hard hard for me to sit with my class fellows ( I got 88 percent in 1st year) MY MOM call me psycho in front of everyone and I was crying the whole day And next day was my physics paper … I messed up my exam …. She didn’t come to me and never said sorry in spite of my crying even when I got to her to explain She started shouting and My father entered and he said She is psycho and took her side …. And Now I lost too much confidence and She is forcing me to peruse engineering 😂 Although She has zero knowledge about phy and maths and My depression is increasing day by day … It started because of her and It coutinous because of her 😅

  10. Ssris only transiently increase serotonin it actually decreased over 4 to 8 weeks…serotonin is a red herring it has little to nothing to do with depression…GWAS studies have found over 250 loci my last count that are gene loci associated with depression…none of these fall in the serotonin related genes…game set match…

  11. Who ever you are, Jesus loves you! He forgives you any sin. He wants to enter your heart. Please pray this with me. Even you don’t believe. Just try it. Give it a test. And see what will happen in your life for next week. Then make decision from there.
DEAR JESUS FORGIVE ME I AM A SINER. PLEASE ENTER MY HEART. I BELIEVE YOU ARE SON OF GOD. PLEASE CHANGE MY LIFE FROM NOW ON!

  12. I started drinking when I was 16. I would drink at parties, but I also started drinking alone because I was unhappy, and I was in a lot of emotional pain all the time. My mom was very aggressive when I was younger, and my brother hated her and so did I. He started hanging out with shady people, he started failing all his classes, he was never home, and my parents fought all the time. I also ran away several times. I was always trying to figure out a reason as to why I was here or what the purpose of life was. So, I started looking at different philosophies, religions, and beliefs. When I was 18 after I was hungover, I got on my knees and I prayed for the first time. I asked if God was real that he would show me he was real because I couldn’t take it anymore. I was crying when I prayed for this. At that moment I felt a presence come over me like a wind. It was barely noticeable, but it was unlike anything in my life I had experienced up until that point. I was surprised when I felt it and I remember saying “what was that?” after that experience I pretty much forgot what happened and kept partying, until my senior year when I got arrested. After my arrest, my parents lost all their trust in me and I was expelled from high school. I was told never to come back. At that time, I felt afraid and hopeless. That’s when I started looking for God, and I prayed that he would reveal himself in my life and that he would give me signs. My prayers began getting answered so consistently that I couldn’t deny that God was doing something. It was mysterious and compelling. I ended up in Church and started reading the bible hours a day. I stopped hanging out with all my other friends because they were continually getting arrested. I was able to forgive my family and myself and to ask to be forgiven. I noticed how at Church people were judgmental and how they formed cliques but were afraid to be around anyone else different from them. It increased my faith because I realized Jesus was not like that and ever since I was young, I saw people as people regardless of who they were. After a while, it’s like I could see God's presence was in my life and then it felt like he wasn’t, and then he was, and then he wasn’t. One day I woke up and felt more depressed than I ever have in my entire life. I felt like I was dying on the inside. That night I prayed, and I said, God, I don’t see my life five years from now I'm going to die Jesus save me Lord, please save me. I was weeping when I said it and when I asked him to save me, I felt a presence inside of me like a heartbeat, and I felt it once like a pulse, and I said Lord please save me and I felt it again even stronger. It was like radiance. When I woke up the next morning, I had transformed everything felt brand new like I was a kid again. All my fears and all my racing thoughts everything was gone. I looked at my hands, and I said this can’t be real it’s impossible. When I looked at myself in the mirror, I saw a different person. I started praying, and the holy spirit became entirely real to me it was washing over me and inside of me. It was total love and peace, and I heard a voice but not an audible one, it was an inner voice. It said I am with you; I love you, I will never leave you, it’s done it’s finished. That was May 3rd, 2009, and ever since then I’ve followed God, I have seen many things change and many things I know wouldn’t have changed without faith and belief. I know what it’s like to be lost to feel you have no hope. Don’t ever think you’re stuck, or life can’t change because it can. My mom is a Christian now, Its night and day. Some of the things that went away during that period were severe anxiety and my addiction to alcohol. I’ve seen and experienced so many things that are miraculous and seen how God has worked in my life. When we ask God to forgive us for what we’ve done and turn away from our sins and wrongdoings and we believe in Christ's sacrifice everything changes. His word says if we confess with our mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in our hearts that he died and rose again we will have eternal life but not just life after death but abundant life in the present. Our sins are erased not only past, present, and future but our burdens and fears are lifted also. Our thoughts, our minds, our hearts, our souls are transformed and united with God and we know his spirit lives in us. If you seek, pray, and knock you will know JESUS IS KING!!! HE LIVES!

"Come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest"

  16. If there is anyone curious on looking into it for themselves, here are the three steps needed to follow, to get saved and be right with God who loved us all!

Step 1. Realize that all have sinned before God, in one way or another, so everyone of us is a sinner in the sight of God.

    Romans 3: 10-12+23 (KJB)

    10. "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:"

11."There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God."

12."They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one."

    23. “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”

Step 2. Realize that God still loved us, even as wicked sinners in his sight, enough to allow his only begotten Son Jesus Christ to live a sinless life in our place and to shed his own precious blood on the cross, all to fully pay the price for our sins, as a freely given gift.

    Romans 5: 8-9+12 (KJB)

    8. “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

9."Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him."

    12. “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for all that have sinned:”

Step 3. To be saved and born again for eternal life with God, you just need to confess unto God (inwardly or outwardly) genuinely to ask for your sins to be forgiven, all by accepting this freely given gift of forgiveness out of God's love for us from him, that Jesus Christ shed his blood on the cross to pay the full price for all of your sins (that is it). 🙂

    1 Corinthians 15: 1-4 (KJB)

    1."Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

2."By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.”

3."For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;”

4."And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:”

    Romans 10: 9-10+13 (KJB)

    9. “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”

10."For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

13."For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

    Hebrews 9: 27-28 (KJB)

27."And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:"

28."So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.”

    Revelation 21: 8 (KJB)

"But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.”

    Romans 6: 23 (KJB)

“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

Lastly here is an example of what to pray to God to get saved and forgiven of your sins if you are having trouble finding the exact words to pray to God.

Although it is the genuine intent towards God that matters , more than the exact words being said. 🙂

“Dear God, I am a sinner and need saving.

I know I’m not good enough to get to heaven and I need you to save me.

I need the righteousness of your son, Jesus Christ.

I believe that Jesus is the Lord, who died, was buried and resurrected so that his precious blood can wash away my sins.

I trust in him alone to save me. Nothing else.

Not my good works or anything else. Only Jesus.

I pray this in Jesus’ name, Amen.”
