  1. if i was mindful enough to know my mistakes and have known how to change my bad habits and behavior then half of my problems might have resolved

  2. The internet is so filled with self-promotion and ideas that folks speak on like they’re facts.
    This is a place you should be very cynical of. My experience is 95% of these claims and info-mercials don’t hold up!
    I’m 63 and I’ve struggled with mental health issues most of my life. Without sounding preachy, I’m a believer in Jesus. But my MH took a hit with around 1984. I’ve pushed through most times to work sometimes two jobs and take care of my family’s and my responsibilities. I’ve made a lot of honest mistakes some selfish and life hasn’t turned out the way I wanted it to in spite of praying, fasting and seeking God as best I could. In 2007 I finally reached out for help and went through about nine months of counseling. It was life changing and I began to see God more for who He really is rather than what I thought He was. About a year and half ago I felt the need to go back into therapy and so many great things began to happen! But with them a lot of painful accounting for things I was blind to! Point is (in my humble opinion) try centering up on these for a week or so.
    What do you have to lose, it cost you nothing.
    * God is good and especially fond of you! (Whether you feel it or not).
    * Life isn’t fair!
    * And no one is beyond repair!
    (You were an idea inside the Father, Son & Holy Spirit before time began. They knew all your wrongs you’d do and they are redeeming geniuses!)

  3. These last few days, I had no idea I was Bed-Rotting… I don't consider my bed-rotting to be self care though… I'm depressed, stressed, anxious and worn out… Are there other types of bed-rotting?

  4. Yes the color of the kislux is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…

  5. Mouth contains bacteria which are not harmful! They release acids when food is chewed. If these acids are not cleaned,thrown out daily, they may cause tooth decay. Just remember, your mouth was born with bacterias!! No escape!!! This is the reality of a physical body….if you were a soul, meditating far away….in space….YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS LIMITATION….DEATH EMPOWERS!!! 😮😮

  6. Did you know the Aktion T4 Euthanasia Program created by Adolf Hitler & Run by Karl Brandt in Nazi Germany ……had individuals tortured killed in the gas chamber or shot execution style for not 'Thinking Positive' or having Optimism & Gratitude?

  7. I've never heard of dopamine detox, but as someone whose brain already and naturally just doesn't produce enough dopamine, I can assure you that you don't want periods of little dopamine in your life. Why would someone intentionally seek out this disability?
    This practice of seeking a low in order to increase your highs is going to lead to mood swings.

  8. Lol, I am very glad I am not using tiktok 😅 never heard of bed rotting, but staying in bed all day for me is usually a sign that I am not doing good 😅

  9. I would disagree on the dopamine detox point. From what I've seen, it's more about avoiding substances/activities that people may be addicted to that are genuinely problematic (such as gambling, drinking, junk food, social media and the hub).

    However, if you meet up with friends to do something in real life, most people (myself included) wouldn't see that as a bad thing, even if it's technically instant gratification because there's genuine social value to it.
