  2. नींद ठीक से नहीं आती है। घबराहट होती है। बेचैनी भी होती है। कहीं एक जगह बैठने का मन नहीं करता। नकारात्मक विचार आते हैं। किसी से आंखें मिलाकर बात नहीं कर पाता। घबराहट हो जाती है और पसीना आ जाता हैं। आत्महत्या के विचार आते है। लोगों से बात करने का मन नहीं करता। मन उदास रहता है। कुछ भी अच्छा नहीं लगता। नहीं कॉलेज जाना अच्छा लगता है। नहीं जॉब करने का मन करता है। एक तरफ सिर में दर्द भी होता रहता है। पूरे शरीर में थकावट रहती हैं। यह समस्या मुझे 4 साल से है। कोई इसका इलाज बताएं।

    Sir mai 16 saal ki hu .mai apni mother ki school mai 2 saal padhi or muje hamesha lagta raha ki muje koi judge kar raha hai or bahut si negativity ke karan muje 2 saal sai depression ho gaya hain .muju bachchpan mai maa ke alava sabhi ne bahut data tha isliye mera confidence zero hain . Mai ak emotional insan hu . Or jab sai muje depression hua hai tab sai mai emotional scene phone dekhti raheti hu . phone addiction ho gaya hai muje nahi pata ki emotional scene dekhne ki konsi bimari hai or mai usse kaise bahar nikalu .muje education ke liye hostel mai jana padata lekin depression or health issues ke karan drop liya hai agar sal kharab ho gaya to log tane denge to please reply…..
