    मेरी college तक कोई फीमेल friend नही रही।
    अब IT sector के job पर जाना है । और eye contact से डर लगता है। और तो पब्लिक में जाने में भी डर लगता है , क्युकी eye contact anxiety है।
    क्या कोई फीमेल सामने आए तो कैसे चलना चाहिए नीचे देख के या कुछ समझ नहीं आ रहा। Eye contact में डर लगता कही गलत ना हो जाए ।

    वैसे जब कोई friend या कोई व्यक्ति साथ में हो तब इतना डर नही लगता।

    मेरी उम्र 70 + है मगर एक obedient student की तरह आपके हर वीडियो देख रहा हुँ और अन्य लोगो को भी encourage कर रहा हुँ to watch your videos and manage their mental health issues.
