Dr. Penizotto believes in the power of each of us to harness our inner strengths and outer resources to overcome challenges, heal pain and create the lives we are meant to live. In psychotherapy, her approach is one of joining with the client to identify solutions to problems and vehicles for change. She may explore with the client connections between past experiences and current areas for growth, as well as identify healthy ways of thinking and behaving to bring about their desired changes.

Dr. Penizotto has been in practice as a NYS Licensed Psychologist in the Buffalo area since 1992. She provides psychotherapy services to adults, young adults and couples for a wide range of conditions including:

Anxiety conditions (including Panic Disorder)
Behavioral and adjustment problems
Health and aging concerns

Dr. Penizotto has a special interest in Holistic Health and Mind-Body-Spirit approaches to therapy, including the development of intuition to promote healing, improve health and achieve goals.
